What Ice Cream Can Learn From Behavioural Psychology
The other day my girlfriend and myself were engaged in an activity whilst sunbathing…
At first, she seemed to enjoy it but towards the end, she looked rather disappointed…
Can you guess what we were doing?…
Exactly, we were eating ice creams, Kinder Bueno ice creams to be exact (shame on you, such a dirty mind)
This ice cream is a hazelnutty delight topped with a beautiful chocolatey disk that tastes like the inside of a kinder Bueno.
Everyone knows that the inside of a Kinder Bueno is the best part, without the filling, it would simply be a boring chocolate wafer!
Knowing this, Kinder clearly spent a long time perfecting a chocolate disk that tastes just like the filling of the Bueno bar, even though it is frozen and of a completely different consistency.
I applaud and thank them for succeeding, most ice creams that are supposed to taste like famous chocolate bars usually end up tasting like the edible version of a drunk Elvis tribute singer (all flash but no taste, I’m looking at you Kit Kat!)
