Why you need to stop calling it a “virtual” conference!

The current Corona crisis has led to an unprecedented worldwide adoption of virtual meeting technologies like Zoom. Everything from the weekly sales calls to sold-out concerts has been rushed online and, barring a few exceptions, most people seem to be getting used to this new world of virtual connection.

With the end of the crisis seeming both near and far at the same time, most would agree that events like business conferences, concerts, trade shows, and even work meetings will probably remain online for the foreseeable future.
